Services

My services help make taking a vacation feel more like a vacation and less like taking on a second job.

As an advanced travel advisor, I can plan everything for you from your front door to your destination and back again—car services, flights, lodging, and all of the activities you want to experience on a trip. You can choose one of my packages or choose the parts of the trip you want me to plan.

How we work together

We work together to develop your perfect getaway. After an introductory call where I get to the heart of why you want to travel, I curate the perfect trip for you. I design around your wants and needs, providing activities that go beyond the guidebook.

Trips I have planned for clients

  • A two-week get-to-know Los Angeles trip for a couple looking to relocate. (Vegan traveler)
  • A 11-day trip to reconnect with Chicago for art and architecture lovers (Mobility needs, food sensitivities)
  • A week in Lisbon, getting to know the area for a possible move
  • A escape the winter week in Los Angeles

Rates

All rates include a processing fee. All rates in USD.

I am an independent contractor with a host agency that partners with boutique hotels, airport transfers, private chefs, and local group tours. I have meetings with new partners every week, and so much to share that websites like Booking can’t.

I do not receive a salary and only earn commission when I book. As a result, I have to charge appropriately for my time.

Engagement deposit (Refundable)

I require an $80 deposit before we start planning your trip. This is due upon signing the contract.

Why I charge a deposit

This ensures that we both have a commitment to work together. If work has already started and you do not book, I will keep the deposit for the time I have spent planning. If you book with me, the deposit will be returned. The deposit is returned once all cancellation periods have passed.

Planning Packages

A la Carte Services & Fees

A diverse group of friends raises their arms in celebration against a vibrant sunset backdrop.

Additional guests—$30 per guest

This is for the additional research needed to ensure there are connecting rooms, kids’ clubs, booking seats next to each other, hotels with the right room configurations, and any other accommodations your group needs.

Itinerary planning

I love curating itineraries exactly to your needs. My day-long itineraries include three places to get a great bite to eat, all booked activities, and any other requests. (Think places to get a great souvenir, recommended cocktail bars, or beautiful bookstores.) All itineraries will include great places to eat around your hotel, confirmations, helpful websites, and apps to download for your trip. I also provide booking assistance.

What you can expect working together

Step 1: Inquiry

Fill out my travel curation inquiry to tell me a little bit about you, the people you are traveling with, your destinations, and why you are traveling.

Expect me to contact you within 24 business hours. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see anything from me.)

Step 2: Discovery & Scope

Find a time on my schedule for a call to get to the heart of why you want to travel. Let’s build a scope to design the perfect trip for you. Prepare for our discovery call by checking your government ID expiration dates, inviting your travel mates, checking out my rates, and getting some budgeting tips.

Step 3: Proposal & Portfolio

Once we decide to work together, we need to do the boring but necessary contract work where I outline my fees and begin designing the perfect portfolio with a selection of hotels and experiences to book.

Expect the portfolio and proposal within four (4) business days of receiving the signed contract.

Step 5: Create Memories

Go on the trip and live what we planned together.

Step 4: Reserve/Build/Support

Once everything is booked, I will design the perfect itinerary for your travel. I will provide support every step of the way to ensure your trip matches your vision.

If your package drops in price, I will alert you to save money on your upcoming vacation.

The Intro Call

In our intro call, we will discuss the scope of your trip, including your lodging preferences, your vibe for the trip, and any other essentials.

How to prepare for the intro call

  • Make sure your travel documents are up to date
  • Have a travel conversation with the people going on the trip about dates, destinations, and budget
  • Think about the travel vibe for your trip (relaxation, exploration, special occasion, etc.)
  • Find all those frequent flyer and loyalty program numbers
  • Think back on the good or bad travel experiences you have had
  • Need help planning your travel budget? Read this page.

A note about Airbnb: I won’t work with Airbnb. During our call, I can share horror stories if you’d like.
