Planning Fee Packages

Planning fees cover the research, time, and expertise that go into building your trip before you ever book anything. I spend hours comparing routes, checking seasonal factors, vetting properties, and coordinating logistics that don’t show up in a quick search. This work happens whether or not you end up booking through me, and it’s separate from any commissions I may earn from hotels or tour operators. The fee reflects the value of getting a trip planned right the first time, without you having to do that research yourself.

Add-ons & A La CArte

If you want to keep moving or want to weigh your options, this is a perfect add-on. Get an additional lodging portfolio and transportation research for destination 3+.

$80 per additional city (taxes and fees included)

If your trip has more people joining you, I require a $ 30-per-person fee. This covers additional research to find room setups that fit your group, as well as kids/teens clubs, group transportation, additional rentals, or other needs.

My most popular add-on is a Curated City Guide. This self-guided list includes all my recommendations curated to your individual likes, dietary restrictions, group size, and budget. Get a microsite of all of your confirmations and a list of recommendations. It comes with a Google Map for you to use or add to for your self-guided adventures.

$106 per city (taxes and fees included)

This can be done with or without a hotel booking.

Your entire day planned from breakfast to post-dinner drinks. I will curate your day based on what you envision for the trip and provide a site for all your confirmations and for tracking where you need to be and when. It includes a Google Map, so you know exactly where you need to be. I can communicate with all vendors on your behalf, communicating anything from food allergies to special occasions.

$165 per day (50% of your trip or 4-day max)

This can be done with or without a hotel booking.

Making changes after we have already booked your travel, and you decide to change destinations or make major date changes within your control, will incur an additional fee.

This excludes cancellations and changes beyond your control, like illness, terrorism, job loss, or government instability.

Tours: Private destination tours with local companies that will handle everything or a curated list of tours as part of your itinerary

Special Events: Proposals, anniversaries, and honeymoons. (hotel, photographers, or anything else you need.)
Odds & ends: Car rental only, DD drivers for wine tastings, booking lodging for a delayed/canceled flight, and more.
